SCOPE

The program will ensure that methods are challenged to boost yields, apply new technologies, enhance the overall environmental performance of organic farming

Climate, biodiversity, and the aquatic environment are under severe pressure all over the world.

Organic farming methods provide a wide range of answers and solutions to the three interconnected crises, while also showing a path to a sufficient global food supply.

The Summit program will ensure that organic methods are challenged to boost yields, apply new technologies, enhance the overall environmental performance of organic farming, improve animal welfare, grow new crops and varieties to transform our diets to more plant based. As organisers, we will strive to involve participants from the whole world, including farmers and researchers from the Global South, even if the central political scope is the EU 25 percentage goal.
