ORGANIC SUMMIT 2025

How to achieve 25% organic production and consumption in the EU by 2030. Copenhagen // Denmark // August 18 - 19

What is Organic Summit 25?

The Summit will explore how organic farming can expand and grow while ensuring a sufficient global food production - within the planetary boundaries.

It takes place during the Danish EU Presidency, co-hosted by a wide range of Danish stakeholders in close cooperation with the Danish Government.

Farming
How to get more farmers to grow organically on more land. And how to improve productivity at the farm level, whilst reducing their environmental footprint.

Industry
How to make organic food competitive on a World market , scaling up production and identifying barriers.

Market
How to make organic food more accessible to more people across retail, food service and public meals.

Within the three focus areas, the crosscutting aspects aim to contribute to:

  • How to share best practices

  • How to scale up best-in-class solutions

  • How to scope new science, technology and business opportunities
