It takes place during the Danish EU Presidency, co-hosted by a wide range of Danish stakeholders in close cooperation with the Danish Government.

Founder and Executive Chair of the EAT Foundation. Renowned for her leadership in transforming global food systems for sustainability and public health. She also co-founded the Stordalen Foundation and chairs GreeNudge, contributing to food, health, and climate advocacy.

Philip Lymbery
Global CEO of Compassion in World Farming International, President of EuroGroup for Animals, a Board Member of the UN Food Systems Advisory Board, a former United Nations Food Systems Champion, an animal advocate and award-winning author.

Renate Künast
Former German Federal Minister for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. A long-standing advocate for organic farming and sustainable food systems, she played a key role in reforming Germany’s agricultural policy to support ecological practices. Today, she continues to contribute to the European debate on organic policy and land use transformation.

Jacob Jensen
Denmark’s Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries since 2022. With a background in agricultural policy, he plays a key role in shaping Denmark’s approach to organic farming and sustainable food production. At the conclusion of Organic Summit 2025, he will receive the Organic Summit Charter as a symbol of shared commitment to advancing organic agriculture.

Jeppe Bruus
Denmark’s Minister for the Green Transition. He is responsible for implementing the Agreement on a Green Denmark, which focuses on enhancing biodiversity, improving water quality, and expanding protected nature areas. His work includes shaping national frameworks that intersect with organic agriculture and sustainable land use.

Mwatima Juma
Dr. Mwatima Juma is a leading voice for organic farming in Africa. As Chair of the Tanzania Organic Agriculture Movement and co-founder of the Permaculture Institute in Zanzibar, she works to empower smallholder farmers through ecological practices. With a background in agronomy and rural development, she brings deep expertise and grounded experience to global conversations on sustainable agriculture.

Peter Sisseck
Danish winemaker and founder of the world-renowned winery Dominio de Pingus in Spain. He is known for using organic and biodynamic methods to make high-quality wine. Through his PSI project, he works with local farmers to protect old vineyards and promote sustainable farming.

Connie Hedegaard
Former European Commissioner for Climate Action and Danish Minister for the Environment and Climate. Today, she is a prominent advocate for climate action and sustainable development across Europe.

Emilio Fidora
Emilio Fidora is a fourth-generation winegrower who has made sustainability the heart of his family’s winemaking tradition. At one of Italy’s oldest certified organic estates, he has championed organic and biodynamic methods to protect biodiversity, care for the soil, and produce wines that respect both nature and heritage.

Richo Boss
Chain Director of MENY Danmark, one of Denmark’s premier full‑service supermarket chains under Dagrofa. He has a strong background in the retail sector, having previously held leadership roles at Salling Group and Coop. Before taking on his current role, he served as Chain Director for SPAR, Min Købmand, and Let-Køb under Dagrofa. Richo Boss is a strong advocate for organic food systems, playing a key role in intensifying MENY’s focus on ecology and local, sustainable sourcing

Emma Rung
The CEO of KRAV, Sweden’s leading certification for sustainable and organic foods. Prior to KRAV, she held high-level positions in the Swedish Government Offices, most recently as State Secretary. She has also served as Acting Secretary General at Fairtrade Sweden and led initiatives at the Social Entrepreneurship Forum and the Swedish‑American Chamber of Commerce, focusing on sustainability and the ethical trade.

Ronnie Brathwait
Ronnie Brathwait is a season agricultural expert, who brings over five years of experience as a Senior Agriculture Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). He holds a PhD in Agricultur and Rural Development from China Agricultural University. Brathwait has a strong leading voice in agricultural policy and has previously held key roles at the CARICOM Secretariat and Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation, where he developed and implemented agricultural programs.
